8 oz. large mushrooms
3 medium green onions
2 tsp. sour cream
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp seasoned garlic salt.

Directions:
Directions:
Remove stems from mushrooms and finely chop. Thinly slice green onions including tops. Mix with mushroom stems. Microwave on HIGH for 2-3 minutes. Add sour cream, lemon juice, and garlic salt. Fill mushrooms caps and place 10-12 filled caps on pie pan. Microwave 2 to 3 minutes on 80% power.

If you prefer you can saute mixture on stove and cook mushrooms in toaster oven.
