6 T olive oil 2 large garlic cloves 2 T agave nectar (or sugar) 2 T white balsamic vinegar 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce 2 T crumbled gorgonzola cheese 1 T dijon mustard 2 pears spicy pecans from Trader Joe
Blend together the first 7 ingredients Add a little more olive oil Place sliced pears on a bed of mixed greens Add salad dressing, pecans and crumbled gorgonzola cheese
