2 cans Black Eyed Peas, rinsed and drained
1/4 c. thinly sliced Green Onion with tops
2 cloves Garlic, chopped
2 tbsp. Oil
2 tbsp. Cider Vinegar
1-2 fresh Jalapeno Peppers, seeded/finely chopped
1/4 tsp. course Black Pepper, Dash of Salt

Mix all & refrigerate overnight; serve with Chips, Crackers, Vegetables
