2 c. Bisquick
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. margarine
2/3 c. milk
1/4 c. raspberry preserves

Vanilla Glaze:
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. warm water
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Line muffin pan with paper muffin cups. Mix bisquick, sugar and margarine until crumbly. Add milk and mix until dough forms then beat 15 strokes. Place 1 tbsp. dough in each cup. Add 1 tsp. preserves to each cup and top with remaining dough. Bake until golden brown, 10 to 15 minutes at 450º. Immediately remove from pan. Spread with vanilla glaze while warm.

Vanilla glaze: beat ingredients together until smooth.
