1 package cranberries
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/4-1/2 cups brandy

Directions:
Directions:
Remove stems from cranberries and spread in non-metallic baking pan with 2 inch sides. Should be one layer (although I often cheat on this). Cover with sugar. Cover pan tightly with aluminum foil and bake 1 hour at 350º. Stir and cool slightly. Add brandy. Stir with wooden spoon and let cool.
