2 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion chopped
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 15 oz. can ranch style beans
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
3 1/2 tbsp. chili powder
46 oz. can tomato juice

Brown ground beef and drain off the fat. Add remainder of ingredients. Bring to a boil and simmer for 1 hour.
