1 pkg yellow cake mix
1- 6 oz. pkg. frozen coconut (save 3 oz. for topping)
1 tsp. vanilla

Icing for Cake
1 carton Cool Whip
1 small can milk
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. coconut flavoring
3/4 cup water

Mix cake mix according to pkg. directions, adding 3 oz. of coconut and 1 tsp. vanilla in a 13 x 9 pan.

Mix milk, powdered sugar, coconut flavoring and water. Pour over warm cake. Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with remaining 3 oz. coconut. Refrigerate overnight.
