2 (15 oz.) cans tropical fruit, drained
1 (16 oz.) can pineapple chunks (undrained)
1 lg. can mandarian oranges. drained
Several c. fresh fruits (sliced peaches, strawberries, cherries, watermelon,cantelope, blueberries, kiwi, etc.)
1 Tbsp. Tang juice powder
1 (3 oz.) fat-free/sugar-free vanilla pudding mix

Directions:
Directions:
Drain tropical fruits and mandarian oranges in colander. Place in salad bowl and add all other fruits desired except the pineapple.
Mix the dry Tang powder and the dry pudding mix with the undrained pineapple. Stir until all the powder is moistened or disolved.
Pour pineapple mixture over the fruit in salad bowl. Toss well so that all fruit is coated. Garnish fruit bowl with cherries and kiwi. (Mixture will keep, covered, several days in refrigerator).
