1 box lemon cake mix
1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
1 c. oil
4 eggs (beaten)
10 oz. Mountain Dew

Icing
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 c.sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 stick butter
1 c. coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake mix and dry vanilla pudding mix. Add oil and eggs, mixing thoroughly. Slowly add Mt. Dew. Pour batter into greased or sprayed 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 for 20-25 min. Cool.

To prepare icing, cook pineapple, sugar and cornstarch over medium heat until thick (keeping stirred). Remove from stove and stir in butter and coconut. Pour over cooled cake.
