2 c flour
4 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
1 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 c jelly
raisins (opt)
nuts (opt)

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl of a mixer, cream butter and sugar together. Add the eggs one at a time. Add the dry ingredients. Divide into quarters, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Roll out into rectangle about 1/4-1/2" thick.Spread Jam, raisins and nuts over top then roll. Bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes then slice.
