Directions:	Directions: Some years ago, a cookbook was printed in Nigeria focusing on products that were available in the country. A second volume to that cookbook has been printed, called Cooking in the Tropics 2. Unfortunately, we have run out of the printed copies but it is available for download. The purpose of the cookbook was to raise funds for a ministry called “City Ministries”: http://www.nigeriankids.org/ If you would like to download the cookbook and give to this ministry, please go to the following web site and select the heading “Give Support”. You will be lead through the process on how to give to the ministry of City Ministries. The project number is 85550. A suggested donation amount is $10. We hope you enjoy the recipes which are made from everyday ingredients you have available and while you eat, you will be helping to feed kids in Nigeria. http://www.sim.org/index.php/project/85550
