1 1/2 lb pork tenderloin
1 tbl olive oil
1 tbl butter
crushed garlic
bunch of scallions
1 tbl dijon mustard
flour
1 c chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Cut pork tenderloin on an angle. Dredge in flour..shake loose excess. Saute in 1 tbl butter and 1 tbl olive oil. Remove from pan. Keep warm. Saute crushed garlic and scallions. Add chicken broth and 1 tbl dijon mustard. Pour over pork.

Serve with rice.
