2 lb meatloaf combination (l lb ground beef, 1/2 lb ground pork, 1/2 lb ground veal)
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 3/4 c flavored breadcrumbs
1/4 c ketchup
1/4 c parmesan cheese
1 link hot sausage, crumbled (casing removed)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together and place in the center of a casserole. Bake about 1 hour 350.

Can be served immediately or let cool. Just before serving place on the grill until heated through.

This is Herb's favorite....It is great in the summer to bake early in the day and grill just before serving.
