3 tbl olive oil
1 tbl white wine vinegar
2 tsp chopped fresh rosemary or 1 tsp dried
rosemary
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 1/2 - 2 lbs pork tenderloin

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine oil and next 5 ingredients and stir well. Place tenderloin in a shallow dish and brush oil mixture on all sides. Cover and refrigerate about 3 hours.

Prepare grill. Cook tenderloin on a covered grill over medium-hot coals 15 - 20 minutes or until a meat thermometer registers 155º. Turn once during cooking time. Slice and serve. Yield 4-6 servings.
