6 trimmed porkchops. 2 tbsp Crisco oil. Green pepper rings. salt. pepper. 1 cup tomato sauce. 8 oz water. 8 oz Heinz ketchup. Onion rings.
Brown porkchops lightly. On top of each porkchop put 2 pepper rings and 2 onion rings. Mix remaining ingredients and pour on top of porkchops. Cover and simmer 30 minutes or until done. Add more water if necessary.
