1 c. peanut butter
1 c. sugar
1 large egg

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients well. Roll into balls and place on a greased cookie sheet. Use a fork to slightly flatten and place a cross-hatch pattern on the cookies. Bake in a 325F oven for 10-15 minutes or until done.
