1 Stick of Butter, Melted
1 Can of Chicken Broth
1 (4 Ounce) Can Mushrooms With Juice, (Optional)
1 1/2 Cups of Raw Rice, Regular Measuring Cup
5 Green Onions, Chopped
1 Small Onion, Chopped
3/4 Cup Chopped Bell Pepper
1/2 Cup Fresh Parsley
Season to Taste (Tony's)

Spray rice pot with pam. Sauté the onions, bell pepper and parsley in butter until soft. Combine all ingredients into the rice pot. Cover, turn on and listen for the ding.................
