1 can crabmeat 1/2 c lemon juice 2- 3 oz pkg cream cheese, softened 1/2 c medium cream 1/2 c mayonnaise 1/2 tsp dry minced onion 1/2 tsp chopped chives 1 tsp garlic powder 1/8 tsp Worcestershire sauce pinch of salt
Marinate crabmeat in lemon juice for one hour. Whip cream and softened cream cheese together. Drain crabmeat. Add to cream cheese mixture. Add mayonnaise, onion, chives, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce and salt. Mix all ingredients and refrigerate. Serve with chips or crackers.
