1 stick butter or margarine
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
4 bananas, ripe and mashed
1 T vegetable oil
2 cups sifted flour

Directions:

Grease loaf pan. Cream together butter and sugar. Beat in eggs. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Put in prepared pan and bake in 325 oven for 1 hour.
