6 cooked potatoes, cubed or sliced
2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. cider vinegar
1/2 c chopped onion
1 c chopped celery
1/2 c sweet pickle relish
1 tbsp.salt
1 tbsp. celery seed
11/2 c mayonnaise
4 hard boiled eggs, sliced or chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle potatoes (while still warm) with sugar and vinegar. Add onion, celery, pickle relish, seasonings and mayonnaise; toss to blend. Carefully fold in egg slices. Serve in lettuce lined bowl trimmed with egg slices, if desired. Serves 8
