1 lb lean ground beef
1 large onion, sliced vertically
2 cups fresh or frozen cut green beans
1 clove garlic, finely minced
2 packets low-sodium beef bouillon
1 3/4 cups hot water
1/4 cup cold water
2 tablespoons corn starch
Soy Sauce

Spray a large, heavy skillet with PAM and heat skillet over medium high heat. Crumble the ground beef into the pan. Cook and stir until beef is browned. Add sliced onion and minced garlic, and continue to cook and stir for 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle with beef bouillon and add the 1 3/4 cups of hot water, stirring to mix well. Heat to boiling, then reduce heat. Add soy sauce to taste. Mix corn starch with remaining 1/4 cup of cold water. Add slowly to the skillet, stirring constantly. Return mixture to a boil, then lower the heat. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Add green beans, and cook for 10 additional minutes. Serve over rice.
