1 Cup Sugar
4 Tablespoons Cocoa
2 Cups Milk
2 Eggs, Separated
5 Tablespoons Flour
1/2 Stick Butter
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
Pinch of Salt
1 Baked 9-inch Pie Shell

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, cocoa and flour well. Add milk and cook until thick. Add well-beaten egg yolks and butter; cook a minute more. Add vanilla. Cool. Pour into baked pie shell. Beat egg whites until Stiff, adding 3 tablespoons sugar gradually as you beat. Pour on cooled filling. Bake in 350º oven until meringue is brown.
