1 can frozen limeade
3.5 cups strong brewed black tea
1.5 cup rum
- cups simple syrup with mint (to taste)
Juice of 1 lime
Zest of lime
cup fresh mint (chopped)
1.5 cups water

1. Make simple syrup:
a. Bring 1 C water to a boil.
b. Dissolve 1 C sugar into the boiling water.
c. Once the sugar is dissolved completely, remove the pan from the heat.
d. Optional to pour over C mint leaves for this recipe.
e. Allow to cool completely. Strain mint leaves and store simple syrup until ready.
2. Mix all ingredients into a plastic (freezable) container.
3. Adjust sweetness by taste.
4. Freeze.
5. When ready to serve, scoop frozen mix into glass until full.
6. Top glass with LaCroix (less sweet) or Ginger Ale/7-up (more sweet).
7. Enjoy!
