2 cans (64oz.) whole tomatoes
1 green bell pepper, chopped small
1 onion, chopped small
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. corriander
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. red pepper flakes, add a litle at a time
1/4 tsp. black pepper (scant)
cilantro (opt.)
1-2 serrano chilis, seeded and chopped (opt.)

Directions:
Directions:
In a blender, pulse tomatoes 2-3 times. Make it as smooth or chunky as you would like. Place it in a bowl and add the onions, peppers, and spices. Stir. Add the cilantro and taste test. This recipe is all about how you like it, play around with it.
