1 8 oz package refrigerated crescent rolls
4 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, sliced
4 oz. Muenster cheese, sliced
4 oz. Cheddar cheese, sliced
4 oz. Swiss cheese, sliced
1 egg, beaten
Melted butter
sesame seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Place half of rolls in bottom of ungreased 8 inch square pan. Pinch seams together. Layer cheese on top. Pour on beaten egg. Top with remaining half of rolls. Pinch seams together. Brush generously with butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds to taste. Bake in 350º oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Let dish sit for 10 min. before serving. May be made day before and refrigerated.

This can be used for a brunch or lunch to serve 4-5 , but I usually cut this into smaller bite sizes and serve as an appetizer.
