3 c. chopped potato
1 c. water
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped carrots
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tsp parsley
1 chicken bouillon cube
salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 c. milk
2 T flour
1/2 # Velveeta Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 8 ingredients, cover and cook 15-20 min. til vegetables are tender. Mix flour and milk then add to soup, cook til thickened. Cut up cheese and stir in till melted.
