2 1/2 # ground beef
1/2 med. onion--chopped
1 1/2 C "prepared bread stuffing" (or can use bread crumbs or cracker crumbs)
2 eggs slightly beaten
1T Worchestershire Sauce
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 can condensed tomato soup

Directions:
Directions:
Mix meat, onion, bread stuffing, eggs, seasonings together well in a large bowl. Combine 1/2 can tomato soup with other ingredients. Mix well. Shape into a loaf in a large cake pan - or - into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350º for 1 hour 15 min. Remove loaf from pan into a shallow pan and pour rest of soup over the loaf and return to oven for 5 min.

This is one of the first recipes Bob's mother, Ruth Fles, gave me when we were first married. I use the loaf pan when I make this and drain some of the liquid before the end of baking time. I add 1-2 T of brown sugar to the tomato soup and then pour over the meat loaf during the last 10-15 min of baking.
