6 cucumbers 1/2 to 3/4c. mayo 1/4 to 1/2c. white vinegar to taste 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. black pepper dash of garlic powder
Peel and slice all cucumbers thin. Place in large bowl. Add mayo, salt, pepper, and some of the vinegar. Mix all together and taste. Add more vinegar until desired sour taste. Chill 2 hours before serving.
