Unbaked 10 in. pie shell
5 cups concord grapes
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
2 tsp. lemon juice

topping
1/2 cup quick rolled oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup flour
mix the above, then cut in 1/4 cup margarine & mix

Directions:
Directions:
Wash grapes and remove skins by pinching them. Reserve the skins.
Place the pulp in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Cook for several minutes until the pulp is runny, then put through a strainer to remove the seeds.
Mix the strained pulp with the skins & stir in the sugar, flour, and lemon juice.
Pour this into the pie shell and cover with the topping. Bake @ 400-425 for about 45 minutes.

If you have made the grape filling ahead of time and frozen it, add 1/3 cup of flour instead of 1/4 cup
