1 8 oz. bottle Catalina salad dressing
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 small jar apricot preserve or jelly
2-3 lbs. chicken wings- tips removed and wings cut in two

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees-bottom rack. Mix Catalina dressing, dry onion soup mix, and apricot preserve in large bowl. Stir well. Add chicken wings and mix mixture until all pieces are liberally covered. Line large cookie sheet or two small ones with Release aluminum foil. Bake for approximately 45 minutes. Turn all wings over and bake for 30 - 45 minutes or until desired crispiness.

Delicious! You may want to keep an eye on the wings after turning over, so that they don't burn or attach to foil. I sometimes lower heat to 320 degrees after turning. Great for football games!
