3 c. grated zucchini
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 c. bisquick
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
dash of black pepper
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
4 eggs, slightly beaten

May add leftover ham or bacon, if available. Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a 13 X 9 inch greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool and cut into small squares.
