1 c. sugar 1/8 tsp. cinnamon 2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. water
Combine ingredients in heavy saucepan. Bring bo rapid boil. Add 4 c. pecan halves and stir constantly over high heat until syrup is absorbed. Remove from heat. Stir until pecans have separated. Pour onto waxed paper. Cool thoroughly. Store in tightly covered container.
