10 oz. frozen spinach
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. water
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
8 1/2 oz. corn muffin mix
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. bleu cheese dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Boil thawed spinach, onion and water for 10 minutes; drain liquid. Add eggs, cheese, dressing, garlic powder and muffin mix. Chill for 2 hours. Spoon onto greased cookie sheet about 1 1/2 inches apart. Chill for 30 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
