10 corn tortillas 1 sm. can jalapeno peppers 2 c. grated cheddar cheese
Cut each tortilla into 4 pieces; fry in deep, hot oil until crisp. Remove from oil; drain on paper towels. Sprinkle cheese on each. Drain peppers, cut into thin strips. Place 1 strip on each tortilla, place on baking sheet. Broil until cheese melts.
