3 1/2 lb veal, cubed
1 large can Italian tomatoes with sauce
1 can tomato paste
1/4 tsp basil
1/2 tsp oregano
garlic powder
minced garlic
minced onion
package of mushrooms, sliced thin
1 c sliced green pepper

Make pan very hot. Throw in veal and sear it. Remove veal and set aside.
Put tomatoes, sauce, tomato paste, and spices in pot. Add meat. Cover and cook 1 1/4 hours. Add mushrooms and green peppers. Cook for an additional 15 minutes.
