2 lbs ground beef
1/2 c chopped onion or 3 tbsp onion flakes
2 c soft bread crumbs
1/4 c minced green pepper
2 tbsp bottled horseradish
2 tsp salt
1/4 c milk
1/4 c ketchup
1 tsp dry mustard
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c ketchup

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Combine all ingredients except 1/2 cup ketchup. Mix well. Put in a greased loaf pan. Top with 1/2 cup ketchup. Bake for 40 minutes.
