1/4 c water
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/3 c boiling water
1 fresh ripe fruit (optional)
1/3 c non-fat dry milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
Sweet & Low to equal 6 tsp sugar
6 - 8 ice cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Pour water into blender. Sprinkle gelatin over water. Add boiling water, 3/4 of fruit, non-fat milk, vanilla, and sweet & low. Blend until smooth. Add ice cubes, one at a time, blending after each. Cut remaining 1/4 fruit into finely diced pieces. Fold into mixture
