Nathan's hot dog.
Hot dog bun.
Deli (spicy) mustard.
Sauerkraut

Directions:
Directions:
Turn on grill. While grill is heating, use point of knife to slit hot dog along its length.

When grill has heated sufficiently, place hot dog (slit up) so that it aligns with adjacent grill rack members.

Once the slit has opened and appears quite juicy (2-3 minutes), roll hot dog over to adjacent rack space, and place slit bun on top of bread rack with open side down.

Remove bun and hot dog from grill when done. Place hot dog in bun. Apply mustard along length of hot dog, and cover with sauerkraut.
