1 tbsp. melted crisco
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1/8 tsp. red pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. flour
6 to 8 wieners
1/4 c. fine crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Blend crisco, egg and milk. Mix seasonings and baking powder with flour. Cut each wiener into 3 pieces. Dip wieners into crumbs, then into batter make of crisco, egg and flour mixture. Fry in deep fat until brown.
