1 cup cooked, cauliflower – chopped in food processor when cool
1 egg
1 cup mozzarella cheese
2 tsp Italian Seasoning

Pizza Sauce
Toppings ( I used veggie sausage)
Mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Spray a cookie sheet with non stick spray.

In a medium bowl, combine cauliflower, egg, mozzarella and seasoning. Press evenly on the pan.

Bake for 12-15 minutes (15-20 if doubling the recipe)

Remove the pan from the oven. To the crust add about 3 tbsp sauce and toppings.
Place under broiler at high heat till cheese it melted.

Personal Notes:
I used frozen cauliflower prepared according to package directions. After cooked, let cool slightly and then chop in food processor. To measure, don’t pack down cauliflower.
