eggs mayonnaise or salad dressing pickles onions mustard seasoning salt pimentos (optional)
Boil eggs. Peel and cut in half. Take out yoks and mash with fork. Add mayonnaise and a tiny bit of mustard to taste. Dice onions and pickles very rine. Add to yolks and mix well. Spoon mixture back into whites. Sprinkle with seasoning salt. Everything is added according to one's own taste.
