1 c. all- purpose baking mix
1 c. grated american cheese
2 tbsp. shortening
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. watter

Directions:
Directions:
Blend baking mix, grated cheese, shortening, salt and cayenne pepper; cut with fork, mixing to a consistency of coarse crumbs. Add egg yolk and water ro form stiff dough. Knead slightly; roll to 1/4 inch thickness on floured board. Cut into narrow strips and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
