1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1/4 c. mayo 2 c. chopped ham 1/2 c. chopped fresh broccoli 1 tsp. mustard 1/2 tsp. red cayenne pepper 2.c chopped pecans
Soften cream cheese; mix in red pepper, mayo and mustard. Mix until well blended. Add ham, onion, broccoli and 1 cup pecans. Mis well. Shape into ball and roll in 1 cup pecans. Chill for 2 hours or overnight before serving.
