1 lb. longhorn cheese (grated)
3 oz. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. salt
1c. finely chopped pecans
chili powder

Directions:
Directions:
Work cheeses together (at room temperature) with hands. Work in garlic salt and salt. Add pecans and work in. Form a log. Roll in chili powder. Wrap in saran wrap to store in refrigerator.
