1 pkg imitation crab meat such as Crab Delights chopped into chunks
3/4 c taco cheese-shredded
8oz.cream cheese ( bring to room temp )
1c mayonnaise (light is fine)
1/3c diced onion
1 can 13.75 0z. artichoke hearts drained and chopped
1 can of crab meat
1 tsp. salt substitute ( Mrs. Dash's or Mc Cormicks salt free all-purpose seasoning
1/8 tsp. red pepper flakes ( optional )

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Blend together the cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients and put mixture into pie plate or oven safe casserole dish.
Bake uncovered for 15-18 min. until heated through and lightly browned.
Serve with crackers, or favorite bread rounds.
