1 1/3 c. sugar
2 sticks oleo
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. white karo syrup
1 c. nuts (optional)
4 qts. popped popcorn

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sugar, syrup and oleo to soft ball stage (230 degrees). Add vanilla. Pour over popped corn and nuts. Stir as you pour to mix well. Let cool. Can store in airtight container.
