2 medium onions, sliced thin
6-8 chicken pieces, thawed
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 14.5 oz can tomatoes
1 6 oz can tomato paste
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1-2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp celery seed
1 bay leaf
1/4 C white wine

Placeonions on bottom. Add chicken, garlic, tomatoes, tomato paste, salt, peper, herbs and white wine.

Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours (High 2.5-4 hrs). Serve over buttered pasta.
