1 1/2 bunch chopped broccoli
1 stalk celery, diced
1 onion, diced
3 chicken bouillon cubes
1 stick butter
3 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 qt. half & half
Velvetta cheese- almost 1 lb.

Directions:
Directions:
Combine broccoli, celery, onion, and bouillon cubes in a large pot. Add water to cover. Simmer 20-30 minutes or until tender.

Do NOT drain water. Add the butter, mushroom soup, half & half, and cheese. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally.
