1 C uncooked rice, cook according to instructions

1 lb. ground beef
1-1/2 cup chopped celery
1 med-lg onion, chopped
1 T butter
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 T brown sugar
1 4 oz can mushrooms, drained
1 can chicken rice soup

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef in large skillet. Add celery, onion and cook for 5 mins.

Stir in butter, soy sauce, brown sugar, mushrooms, soup and rice.

Pour into 3 qt baking dish and bake at 350. 30 mins covered, 30 mins uncovered.
