4 dry corn tortillas chopped onions to taste chopped tomatoes to taste 8 eggs, whipped grated cheese oil
Cut the tortillas up into strips about half an inch wide, and then I cut the strips to about one inch lengths. Saute corn tortillas and onions. Add tomatoes and whipped eggs. Cook, stirring until eggs are done. Remove from heat and add lots of cheese. Mix until cheese is melted.
